Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Accounts Administration Clerk

A business in Mount Gambier requires an Accounts Administration Clerk. The employer will consider both part-time and fulltime applications. This position is working 30-38 hours per week.

Duties Include:

  • Collating all correspondence
  • Handling job sheets and preparation and distribution of reports
  • Preparation of staff payroll
  • Maintaining personnel file
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Invoicing & pricing
  • Bank reconciliations, including predation of PAYG and BAS
  • Other general administrative tasks


  • Previous payroll and accounting experience is essential
  • Using the MYOB software package
  • Proficient Microsoft office word and excel, email & internet experience
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Able to work unsupervised and is self motivated
  • Must demonstrate own initiative, be well presented and trustworthy
