Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Administration Assistant


A business in Mount Gambier requires an Administration Assistant with a focus on the reception area and customer service. This position will entail using an in-house computer program and is fulltime.


Duties Include:

  • Handling front counter and telephone enquiries
  • Cash handling and banking duties
  • Working in a busy environment
  • Using a switchboard
  • Inputting of data, including registrations
  • Plus general office duties

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Office programs; word, excel, power point
  • Experience with electronic funds transfer and emails
  • Must be able to prioritise tasks, with the ability to schedule work priorities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be self motivated
  • Previous experience in computer accounting programs is desirable
