Job Search - Position Vacant - Administration Officer - Temp

A State Government Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the department for approx. 8-week placement to provide high level administration support.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                          

  • Provide high levels of administration support to the team and all senior managers.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers to help support team cohesion 
  • Data entry, audit and compliance support 
  • Undertake any other duties as are reasonably within the limits of the employee's skills, competence and training.
  • Be highly experienced in delivering excellent frontline customer service and displaying initiative to resolve problems in a dynamic business environment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience within administration/business support/executive support work
  • Previous Government Experience preferred
  • Deliver strong verbal communication skills, in particular communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain high level attention to detail to ensure that the work produced is accurate.
  • Have the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  •  Must hold WWCC Check is essential
