Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Administration/Receptionist

An Accounting Business located in Mount Gambier is seeking an Administration /Receptionist with a high level of customer service and administration skills to join their team initial first 6 -8 weeks 2 days per week then to 5 days up to 6-12 months then option for a job share role.

Duties will include:                 

  • Provide secretarial support
  • Customer service both face to face & telephone
  • Collection and dissemination of general correspondence
  • Word processing /data entry
  • Payroll
  • Entering Tax Return, depreciation schedules, lodge Tax returns and BAS., assess returns & liaising with ATO
  • Daily collection of mail and banking
  • Preparing invoices for payments
  • Reconciling account statements
  • Filing and Archiving
  • General Administration Ad hoc duties as required


  • Previous Administrative role experience is preferred
  • Previous experience with accounting software (Cash flow Manager/Quicken /MYOB) is highly desirable
  • A high level of computer literacy - MS Office
  • Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self motivated and must demonstrate own initiative and trustworthy with confidential information
