A Mount Gambier Cafe is seeking a Front of House Attendant. Position is Casual working to a 6 day roster.

Duties will include:                 

• Maintain high standards of cafe set – up and service
• Acknowledges and responds to all customers in a friendly, sincere and energetic manner.
• Presents a comprehensive knowledge of food and drinks menu
• Identify, meet and satisfy the customers needs and expectations
• Presentable attire and well-groomed image
• Maintain friendly relationships with the team

Requirements: 

• Excellent customer service skills
• Communication skills
• Experience in waiting tables, high volume environment preferred
• Ability to work quickly and safely
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to think on your feet and under pressure
