Labourer/Trades Assistant

A Mount Gambier Business requires labourer/ trades assistant to assist in general manufacturing in shed erecting and fencing. Position is casual.

Duties will include:                 

• Assisting trades in workshop with prep of materials and tools
• Fabrication work
• Ensure storage area are kept clean and safe
• Assemble and dismantle components
• Position and hold metal or other component to enable work to be carried out
• Transport tools and material to and from work station and site

Requirements: 

• Hold a current Drivers licence
• P Physical fitness
• ride in your work and attention to detail
• An understanding of safety procedures
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Experience within a fabrication environment
