Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Medical Receptionist

An exciting opportunity exists for a Receptionist to join a Medical Centre. Position is Fulltime and a 3 month probationary period will apply.

Duties will include:                 

• Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments )
• Presentation of the reception area
• Liaising with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals
• Scanning and updating all patient related correspondence and results
• Provide support to GP and practice nurses as required
• Be a friendly face of the Practice to greet and welcome patients
• Perform general receptionist, administrative duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Strong Customer service skills with the ability to work in a faced paced environment
• An understanding of Triage
• Previous experience as a receptionist is highly desirable
• A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail with a commitment to the team
• A friendly and accomadating personality  with professional presentation skills
• Empathy and compassion, honesty and integrity
• Close attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
