Job Search - Position Vacant - MR Truck Driver

A Company requires a Truck Driver of produce. Position is casual /Seasonal undertaking 1 to 2 trips per week from Port MacDonnell to Tullamarine Vic.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                          

• Ensure all deliveries are completed in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure paperwork is completed as per company policy.
• Maintain company vehicle.
• General labouring (loading and unloading trucks)
• Assisting in warehouse where needed
• Manual handling is required for loading and unloading which will require repetitively lifting of 30kg (i.e. a need to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move and hold crates/baskets).

Skills and Abilities:

• Current MR licence.
• Forklift Licence desirable
• Required to apply for an ASIC White Card for Aviation security purposes [As business is known as a consignor premises]
• Track record of reliability and on time attendance.
• Demonstrate a high level of safety in the workplace and on the road.
• Physically fit
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
