We are proud to offer facilities and rooms to hire for business needs over 3 sites. All of our room hire bookings are tailored to suit your needs, and can fill a variety of purposes depending on your requirements.

Location 


We are located in the heart of the Mount Gambier, South Australia business district, and we are walking distance to shops, cafes, banks, restaurants and hotels. Our three sites are located at the Percy and Hedley Street intersection with adequate parking close by. 

1A is the central hub of Gramac Solutions, and includes our 1A Training Room, Board Room and smaller 1A Suites. It includes a fully serviced reception area, as well as kitchen and business facilities. 

Across the road, we have our 2A building, which is the training hub of our business, and includes our practical training centre, 2A Upstairs and 2A Downstairs Training Rooms. 

21 Percy Street is an entire building dedicated to room hire, which is available to hire in full for daily and hourly rates. 


Facilities

Our service covers more than just a standard room booking. We are able to provide a number of additional facilities to make your visit as straight forward and as efficient as possible. We can provide items such as (conditions and fees may apply):

  • Chairs & tables - set out to your liking 
  • Laptop computers for either a trainer or presenter, as well as additional laptops for use by attendees
  • Data projectors
  • Tea and coffee facilities, refreshments & biscuits. (These are complimentary with all of our room bookings to make your guests as comfortable as possible.)

Fully serviced reception team

Our reception staff are on hand to greet your guests, and seat them in the waiting area or direct them to the hired room. Feel free to provide the room hire consultant with any type of guest list or appointment schedule for them to keep track of who is arriving.
