Job Search - Position Vacant - Administration Assistant

A Mount Gambier Business is seeking an Administration Assistant for 3 days per week. Business is open to more hours for the right candidate. 

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:               

  • Answering inbound enquiry calls from our customers 
  • Converting calls to jobs & booking in accordingly using our job software
  • Assisting with scheduling, invoicing & processing payments
  • Data entry 
  • Purchase orders
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers & couriers
  • Cross referencing & extracting relevant data 
  • Assist with packing & dispatching orders/goods when necessary
  • General reception duties
  • Sundry administration duties & clerical support

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in Administration
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Reliable, very good written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and autonomously
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Be mature in your approach to customer service delivery
  • Be comfortable speaking with customers & directing our tradies in the field
