Administration Executive

 

Ensuring the smooth administrative operation of a multi-franchise car dealership.

 

 Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                

  • Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with vehicle stock control and stock-related administration
  • Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
  • Processing invoices and supplier payments
  • Following up on outstanding debtor accounts as required
  • Supporting dealership reporting and compliance requirements
  • Assisting management with general office administration duties
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
  • Process and track vehicle registrations, titles, and other legal documentation
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless operations

 

 Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in an administration, accounts, or dealership support role
  • Sound understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Experience with bank reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience within the automotive industry or dealership environment desirable
  • Exposure to stock control or inventory administration
