Job Search - Position Vacant - Administration Trainee

A Mount Gambier business is seeking Administration Trainee to join the Team.
This role is ideal for a recent school leaver.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                          

  • Providing friendly and professional phone support to clients and contractors
  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Assisting with job scheduling, purchase orders, and project coordination activities
  • Supporting the service coordination team to ensure timely responses and accurate information flow
  • Maintaining records, preparing documents, and assisting with data entry
  • Learning internal systems and contributing to a positive, team-focused environment

Skills and Abilities:

  • Eager to learn and open to new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation and attitude
  • No prior experience required – full training and mentoring provided
  • Commitment to completing on-the-job training and formal studies.
