Job Search - Position Vacant - Conveyancing Clerk

A Conveyancers Business is seeking a passionate and driven Conveyancing Clerk or Conveyancer to join our team .This is a permanent full time role but will consider part time hours over 5 days a week for the right applicant.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                          

  • Data Entry
  • Preparing contracts and drafting correspondence
  • Running conveyancing files from start to settlement with training provided
  • Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files
  • Review and provide Contract and Form 1 advice
  • Communicate effectively with clients whilst being empathetic to their transaction
  • Identify and build lasting relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, and Finance Industry Professionals
  • Represent the firm at networking events and community functions

Skills and Abilities:

  • Registered Conveyancer or Conveyancing Clerk/Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Loves working with numbers
  • 6 months experience in office working environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Office, Revenue SA online portal, and SAILIS
