Depot Manager/ Crayfish Buyer

 A Business is seeking Depot Manager/ Crayfish Buyer    during the season (1^st September to end of March 2027) Position will entail 7 days a week during the season.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                

• Overseeing the operations of the Depot
• Managing buying and purchasing of crayfish
• Driving merchandising strategies to maximise sales, margin and customer experience
• Monitoring sales performance and using data to identify trends and opportunities
• Managing stock levels to minimise waste and optimise inventory performance
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in stock control, inventory management, purchasing or merchandise planning
• Confidence interpreting data and turning insights into action
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Forklift Licence highly desirable
