Production Supervisor

A Company requires Food Production Supervisor. Position is seasonal

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                

• Operation of one or more production lines that includes carrying daily tasks, occasional tasks and general ad-hoc duties required by the management.
• Overseeing production to the end of shift. 
• Communicating any production issues with relevant staff & management.
• Maintain high standards of manufacturing excellence, adhering to good manufacturing practices
• Supervise and assist the operators of the production line, identifying and promptly addressing any equipment issues.
• Meet production targets consistently, optimizing efficiency and output.
• Foster a safety-first culture among the team, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the food production industry
• Sound mechanical knowledge is an advantage. 
• LF licence is highly advantageous.
• A good understanding of WH&S practices. 
• Fault finding and troubleshooting experience.
• Can adapt quickly to any given environment.
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities 
• Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety
