Job Search - Position Vacant - Storeperson - Temp

Services in the Allied Health sector seeking Temp Store person. Position is for an approx. 6-week placement.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                          

• Ensuring safe handling, storage and distribution of goods  
• Receipting deliveries on-system accurately, and identifying discrepancies on orders 
• Transferring and storing items correctly, identifying hazardous, temperature sensitive, and urgent deliveries
• Operating mechanical and manual handling equipment in accordance with operator instructions and safe working practices
• Ensure stock is rotated according to expiry dates and out of date stock is removed from point of use

Skills and Abilities:

• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time management
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Basic digital and computing skills
• Physical fit able to do manual lifting
• Current Police check
