Trainer & Assessor

An opportunity exists for Trainer & Assessors to join our team with a focus on delivery nationally accredited training across Construction & Resources. Employer will consider both casual and contractor work opportunities.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                

• Particularly interested with Trainers /assessor with the following qualification and experience [ EWP under 11m / EWP Above 11m & Working at Heights]
• Delivering high quality training and assessment services to our Learners.
• Demonstrating your expert industry knowledge and experience to engage Learners, using contemporary learning techniques
• Providing flexible delivery, adapting resources to meet the individual needs and learning goals of our learners and clients
• Undertaking accurate assessment and record keeping ensuring compliance remains consistent
• Working in a team of trainers/assessors to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of training courses.
  
  

 Skills and Abilities:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
• Relevant industry experience and industry currency in the qualifications held 
• Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and the ability to facilitate and encourage learning using different modes of delivery.
• Current High Risk Work Licenses (where applicable)
• Passion for training and developing others in a safety-first environment
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain
