A Business is seeking Administration Assistant based in Mount Gambier willing to travel to either Millicent or Penola site as required. Position is a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Duties will include:
Answering all incoming calls and make bookings
Raising and submitting sales orders
Quoting on tyres
Liaise with both internal and external contractors /customers
Raise purchase orders and invoicing
Maintain stores, including inventory control, stock takes and managing inwards and outwards goods
Receipt and store incoming goods
Delivery of customers & pick ups
General Administration duties as required.
Requirements:
Current Drivers licence
Use Point of Sales systems
High level accuracy and attention to detail as well as proven skills in Microsoft Word and excel and data entry
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop , establish and sustain solid working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
