Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Administration/ Accounts Clerk 

A Business in Mount Gambier requires an Administration/Accounts Clerk. Position is approx. 30hours per week.

Duties will include:                 

  • Checking and processing invoices and report discrepancies
  • Preparing invoices for payments
  • Reconciling account statements from suppliers
  • Filing and Archiving
  • Data Entry
  • Purchase orders /Job cost coding accounts
  • Accounts Payable and receivable
  • Payroll
  • Bank reconcilation
  • General Ad hoc duties including answering the telephone

Requirements: 

  • Previous  experience with accounting software  (MYOB )
  • A high level of computer literacy  - MS Office
  • A logical thinker with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administration or accounts payable/receivable  is preferred
  • Applicant must  have excellent  written and verbal communication skills
  • Self motivated and must  demonstrate own initiative  and trustworthy  with confidential information
