Boilermaker

A Millicent Business are looking for Fulltime Boiler Attendant. This role involves rotating shift work

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:                

• Monitoring and operating boiler, steam and hot water systems
• Assisting with the operation and monitoring of refrigeration plant equipment
• Conducting routine inspections and system checks
• Testing and monitoring boiler water treatment and chemical systems
• Performing basic maintenance and housekeeping activities
• Assisting tradespeople with maintenance tasks and projects
• Ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures

Skills and Abilities:

• Boiler Attendant High Risk Work Licence (Standard or Advanced)
• Experience in manufacturing, processing or industrial environments
• Work Safely at Heights Licence
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• A commitment to workplace safety
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and overtime
