Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Business Administrator Trainee 

A Business in Mount Gambier is offering a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping Traineeship who will be trained in the responsibilities for ensuring the accounts are managed in order to provide clear financial reporting.

Duties will include:                 

  • Entering of data using Accounting software
  • Accounts Receivable and payables
  • Weekly Payroll, superannuation, PAYG, RTW payments
  • BAS Returns
  • Bank and Balance sheet reconciliations
  • General office Administration
  • Filing and Archiving

Requirements: 

  • Commitment to undertake a traineeship
  • A high level of computer literacy - MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Can do attitude and execute the role with enthusiasm
  • Capable, willing and motivated to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy - MS Office
