Jobsearch - Position Vacant - Butcher 

A Butcher Retailer seeking an experienced  butcher to join their team. Position is Fulltime.

Duties will include:                 

• Preparation of meat for cutting and packing
• Portion cutting of meat
• Vacuum packing and product labeling
• Cut and prepare meat for customers’ requests
• High quality displays
• Operation of machinery (mincer etc.)

Requirements: 

• Trade qualified butcher
• Experience in value adding & gourmet lines
• Well presented & customer service focus
• Team player with good communication skills
• A desire to maintain high standards
