Jobsearch- Position Vacant- Machine Operator

A Civil Construction in Mount Gambier is seeking a machine Operator to join their team. Position is Fulltime.

Duties will include:                 

• Bobcat / Loader operations
• Site preparation and levels
• Excavator (14T) / Mini Excavator
• Bulk earthworks and detailed final trim
• Working with subcontractors
• Machinery maintenance
• Assist with major/minor construction maintenance
• Reading plans and setting up for hardscapes, setting levels

Requirements: 

• Hold a current White Card
• Current HR licence ( HC licence preferred )
• Work zone Traffic Management ticket desirable
• Must be physically fit
• Operate multiple machines
• Deemed as highly competent and requiring limited supervision and guidance
• Reliable and consistent worker
• Knowledge of underground services desirable
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively  while unsupervised and be team oriented
• Be reliable and safety focused with a positive working attitude
