Business in Mount Gambier is seeking a Personal Care Assistant. Position is Casual which will include working on a roster including day, evening, night and weekends shifts.

Duties will include:                 

• Provide care, supervision and support for Aged Residents
• Assisting with self medication
• Make sure the residents are washed, dressed, fed and ready for recreational activities
• Provide companionship support
• Must be able to work autonomously with the client

Requirements: 

• Current Police check & First Aid certificate
• Hold current Cert in in Aged Care
• Applicant must have effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and demonstrate tolerance, patience and tact when dealing with residents and their families
• Able to work in a team environment
