A Mount Gamier Bakery business is seeking to employ a Casual shop Assistant to join the team . Position is Casual working to a 6 day roster Monday to Saturday.
Duties will include:
Ensure a consistently high standard of service is provided to all customers
Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner
Front counter Serving of customers
Working the POS , Eftpos and Cash handling
Assisting in food preparation & food handling
Ensure that safety (WHS) , health , hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained
Requirements:
Previous barista experience is desirable
Previous experience in food handling and customer service
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Works well as part of a team, with the ability to also work with limited supervision
Possess a keen eye for detail, with exceptional presentation skills
